Iowa High School Basketball - Colo-NESCO nips Cedar Valley Christian
January 30, 2025: Colo, IA 50056 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Colo-NESCO Royals basketball team scored a close 65-63 win over the Cedar Valley Christian Huskies.
The Royals (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against BCLUW (Conrad, IA). The Comets come into the Iowa Star contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, BCLUW was tipped by Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, IA), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Huskies battle the English Valleys Bears (North English, IA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. Cedar Valley Christian will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 4-17 record after their 83-45 league loss to Sigourney (Sigourney, IA).
