January 30, 2025: Lawrence, MA 01841 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lawrence Lancers (Lawrence, MA) and the visiting North Polar Bears (Worcester, MA), observed Lawrence's basketball team overcome North by a margin of 44-35.
The Lancers (5-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Brockton (Brockton, MA). The Boxers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, Brockton dropped by Marshfield (Marshfield, MA), 87-47, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Polar Bears battle the St. Paul Knights (Worcester, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. North will attempt to better on its 0-11 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 47-33 non-league loss to South (Worcester, MA).
