In Thursday's league test, the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) basketball squad trounced the host West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC), by a score of 71-46.

Next, the Ragin' Bulls encounter the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro test, on Friday, January 31. Hickory Ridge will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 6-13 record after their 53-30 league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC).

The Wolverines (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats come into the 4A Greater Metro test with a 16-1 record. In their last test, Lake Norman bounced A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 59-7, in a league test.
