In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Manchester Lancers basketball team scored a big 66-34 triumph over the L.C. Bird Skyhawks.

The Lancers (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 15-1 record.

In their next game, the Skyhawks battle the Huguenot Falcons (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion contest, on Tuesday, February 4. L.C. Bird will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record.
