The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Southern Huntingdon County Rockets (Three Springs, PA) and the host Tussey Mountain Titans (Saxton, PA), observed Southern Huntingdon County's basketball team overwhelm Tussey Mountain by a score of 70-47.

The Rockets (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Union (Mount Union, PA). The Trojans come into the Inter County - East challenge with a 6-11 record. In their last challenge, Mount Union trounced West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 62-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Titans encounter the Northern Bedford County Panthers (Loysburg, PA) in a Inter County - East challenge, on Monday, February 3. Tussey Mountain will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record.
