January 30, 2025: Mandan, ND 58554 The Mandan Braves ice hockey team scored 6 points and held the visiting Minot Magicians to 1 in the Braves non-league victory on Thursday.
The Braves now own a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hazen for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Mandan will encounter a Bison team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Williston (Williston, ND). The Bison record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Minot moves to 15-1 on the season. The Magicians host Bottineau (Bottineau, ND) to encounter the Braves/Stars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Braves/Stars go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Bottineau lost 4-3 in their recent non-league bout against Century (Bismarck, ND)
