The Rocky Mountain Grizzlies (Meridian, ID) basketball nipped the host Borah Lions (Boise, ID), 44-42 in Monday's league test.

The Grizzlies (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Timberline (Boise, ID). The Wolves go into the 5A Southern Idaho test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Timberline was tipped by Eagle (Eagle, ID), 50-38, in a league test.

The Lions now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Kuna for a 5A Southern Idaho test on Wednesday, February 2. Borah will encounter a Kavemen squad coming off a 71-42 league loss to Eagle (Eagle, ID). The Kavemen record now stands at 6-11.
