California High School Basketball - Chula Vista Learning Community Charter nips High Tech Mesa
January 31, 2022: San Diego, CA 92111 Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras (San Diego, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host High Tech Mesa Thunder (San Diego, CA), 34-30 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Chula Vista Learning Community Charter upgrades its record to 2-11 on the campaign. The Cobras host Horizon Prep (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) to play the Lions in a Sierra bout on Tuesday, February 8. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 10-4.
Next up, the Thunder play the Ocean View Christian Patriots (San Diego, CA) in a Pioneer bout, on Thursday, February 3. High Tech Mesa will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 34-33 non-league win over Horizon Prep (Rancho Santa Fe, CA).
