The Putnam County Panthers basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Brimfield Indians to 32 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marquette for a Tri-County contest on Friday, February 3. Putnam County will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 59-54 non-league win over Seneca (Seneca, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 19-5.

The Indians (10-15) will now prepare for their contest against Delavan (Delavan, IL). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 10-14 record. In their last contest, Delavan triumphed over Illini Central (Mason City, IL), 47-29, in a league contest.
