Maine High School Basketball - Gorham tops Brunswick
January 31, 2023: Brunswick, ME 04057 Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME), 63-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Gorham upgrades its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Rams host South Portland (South Portland, ME) to play the Red Riots in a AA South bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Red Riots come into the bout with a record of 13-3. South Portland won 63-55 in their recent league bout against Noble (Berwick, ME)
Next up, the Dragons play the Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME) in a A South bout, on Friday, February 3. Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Hawks come into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 41-27 non-league loss to Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME).
