Alabama High School Basketball - Demopolis fells Greensboro
January 31, 2023: Demopolis, AL 36732 Demopolis Tigers (Demopolis, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Greensboro Raiders (Greensboro, AL), 49-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Demopolis upgrades its record to 18-10 on the season. The Tigers travel to Southside (Selma, AL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-14. Southside won 65-44 in their recent non-league bout against Wetumpka (Wetumpka, AL)
Next up, the Raiders play the Greene County Tigers (Eutaw, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Greensboro will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 8-14 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL).
