Louisiana High School Basketball - Iota crushes Kinder
January 31, 2023: Iota, LA 70543 Iota Bulldogs (Iota, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kinder Yellowjackets (Kinder, LA), 53-15 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Iota upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Northwest (Opelousas, LA) to clash with the Raiders in a 3A District 4 bout on Friday, February 3. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Northwest won 77-41 in their recent league bout against Port Barre (Port Barre, LA)
Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) in a 3A District 3 bout, on Friday, February 3. Kinder will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 19-8 record after their 58-55 league win over Jennings (Jennings, LA).
