North Carolina High School Basketball - Thomasville overwhelms South Davidson
January 31, 2023: Denton, NC 27239 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC) and the host South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC), saw Thomasville's basketball squad wallop South Davidson by a tally of 85-57.
With the victory, Thomasville improves its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to North Rowan (Spencer, NC) to confront the Cavaliers in a 1A/2A Conference 33 challenge on Wednesday, February 1. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. North Rowan won 81-67 in their recent league challenge against East Davidson (Thomasville, NC)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 33 challenge, on Friday, February 3. South Davidson will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-19 record after their 81-39 league loss to Salisbury (Salisbury, NC).
