January 31, 2023: Aurora, CO 80010 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO) and the visiting Gateway Olympians (Aurora, CO), saw Aurora Central's basketball squad hold off Gateway by a count of 21-20.
With the victory, Aurora Central upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Adams City (Commerce City, CO) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Adams City lost 39-20 in their recent league challenge against Skyview (Thornton, CO)
Next up, the Olympians play the Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Gateway will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 29-15 non-league loss to Adams City (Commerce City, CO).
