Illinois High School Basketball - Harvest Christian Academy fells Walther Christian Academy
January 31, 2023: Melrose Park, IL 60160 Harvest Christian Academy Lions (Elgin, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL), 41-21 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Harvest Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season.
Next up, the Broncos play the Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Walther Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Gladiators go into the bout with a 7-4 record after their 44-24 non-league win over Kennedy (Chicago, IL).
