Illinois High School Basketball - Bishop McNamara fells Grant Park
January 31, 2023: Kankakee, IL 60901 Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish (Kankakee, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL), 56-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bishop McNamara upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season.
Next up, the Dragons face the Donovan Wildcats (Donovan, IL) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 3. Grant Park will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 11-3 record after their 45-41 non-league win over St. Anne (St. Anne, IL).
