Florida High School Basketball - Seabreeze nips Bridge to Independence

January 31, 2024: Daytona Beach, FL 32118

Seabreeze Sandcrabs (Daytona Beach, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bridge to Independence Wildcats (Orlando, FL), 67-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Seabreeze upgrades its record to 6-17 on the season. The Sandcrabs travel to St. Augustine (St. Augustine, FL) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 12-9.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Lake Region Thunder (Eagle Lake, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Bridge to Independence will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record. The Thunder come into the challenge with a 12-11 record after their 66-45 non-league loss to Santa Fe Catholic (Lakeland, FL).
