January 31, 2024: West Orange, NJ 07052 The West Orange Mountaineers got by the visiting Johnson Crusaders ice hockey squad by a count of 4-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
With the victory, West Orange moves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ) to face the Bees in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Bees go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Bayonne lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ)
The Crusaders now sport a 2-13 record. They take the field next when they host Whippany Park for a non-league bout on Sunday, February 4. Johnson will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to West Morris Central (Chester, NJ). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-7.
