The McDowell Titans (Marion, NC) basketball knocked off the host Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC), 60-44 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Titans (13-0) will now prepare for their test against North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC). The Black Hawks go into the test with a 8-7 record.

The Warriors now own a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host A.C. Reynolds for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Erwin will battle a Rockets team coming off a 35-23 non-league loss to Asheville (Asheville, NC). The Rockets record now stands at 1-9.
