January 31, 2025: Gahanna, OH 43230 Columbus Academy Vikings (Gahanna, OH) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Worthington Christian Warriors (Worthington, OH), 61-17 in a league match.
With the victory, Columbus Academy advances its record to 17-0 on the year. The Vikings travel to Buckeye Valley (Delaware, OH) to face the Barons in a Central Buckeye League match on Tuesday, February 4. The Barons enter the match with a record of 11-7. Buckeye Valley won 42-40 in their recent non-league match against Dublin Scioto (Dublin, OH)
The Warriors now own a 2-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Triway for a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. Worthington Christian will face a Titans squad coming off a 57-52 league win over Canton South (Canton, OH). The Titans record now stands at 8-8.
