In Friday's non-league test, the Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD) basketball squad trounced the host Crazy Horse Chiefs (Wanblee, SD), by a final score of 72-36.

Next, the Sioux clash with the Omaha Nation Chiefs (Macy, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 1. Lower Brule will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Chiefs come into the test with a 10-8 record after their 80-38 non-league win over Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD).
