The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lee Generals (Jonesville, VA) and the visiting Gate City Blue Devils (Gate City, VA), observed Lee's basketball team knock off Gate City by a score of 60-49.

The Generals (7-9) will now prepare for their challenge against John Battle (Bristol, VA). The Trojans come into the Mountain challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last challenge, John Battle dropped by Abingdon (Abingdon, VA), 55-36, in a league challenge.
