January 31, 2025: Hartford, WI 53027 The West Bend West Spartans (West Bend, WI) basketball edged the host Hartford Orioles (Hartford, WI), 57-53 in Friday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Port Washington for a North Shore bout on Tuesday, February 4. West Bend West will play a Pirates team coming off a 85-65 league loss to Nicolet (Glendale, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 7-12.
With the loss, Hartford falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Orioles travel to Homestead (Mequon, WI) to play the Highlanders in a North Shore bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Homestead won 87-77 in their recent non-league bout against Verona (Verona, WI)
