Utah High School Basketball - Judge Memorial Catholic overwhelms Summit Academy

January 31, 2025: Salt Lake City, UT 84102

The Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs basketball team scored 88 points and limited the visiting Summit Academy Bears to 38 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 13-9 record. They play next when they travel to Wasatch Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Judge Memorial Catholic will confront a Tigers team coming off a 67-59 league win over Sunrise Christian Academy Elite Basketball (Bel Aire, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 19-3.

With the loss, Summit Academy falls to 2-19 on the campaign. The Bears travel to American Heritage (American Fork, UT) to confront the Patriots in a 3A Region 14 game on Wednesday, February 5. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 12-9. American Heritage won 86-60 in their recent league game against Providence Hall (Herriman, UT)
