In Friday's league contest, the host Reading Red KNights basketball team scored a close 54-52 triumph over the Wilson Bulldogs.

The Red KNights (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA). The Mustangs go into the Berks County 1 contest with a 14-6 record.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a Berks County 1 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Wilson will attempt to better on its 15-5 season record. The Muhls go into the contest with a 15-5 record after their 67-52 non-league win over Pottstown (Pottstown, PA).
