Ohio High School Basketball - Beechcroft toppled by Columbus International

Columbus International Lions (Columbus, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Beechcroft Cougars (Columbus, OH), 64-45 in a league match.

With the victory, Columbus International upgrades its record to 16-4 on the year. The Lions host South (Columbus, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, February 3. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 10-8. South lost 67-22 in their recent league match against Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH)

The Cougars now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centerburg for a non-league match on Monday, February 3. Beechcroft will face a Trojans squad coming off a 57-34 non-league win over Highland (Marengo, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 17-3.
