Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Mattawan knocks off Cadillac
January 31, 2025: Cadillac, MI 49601 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Mattawan Wildcats ice hockey team scored a close 6-3 victory over the Cadillac Vikings.
The Wildcats (17-2) will now prepare for their contest against Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Big Rapids edged Dow (Midland, MI), 4-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings play the Traverse City West Titans (Traverse City, MI) in a Great Northern contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Cadillac will attempt to better on its 6-15 season record. The Titans go into the contest with a 10-11 record after their 3-2 league win over Petoskey (Petoskey, MI).
