Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Heritage nudges Port Huron Northern
January 31, 2025: Port Huron, MI 48060 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Heritage Hawks ice hockey team scored a close 2-0 victory over the Port Huron Northern Huskies.
The Hawks (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Chargers go into the non-league contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Powers Catholic edged Houghton (Houghton, MI), 4-3, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Huskies play the Catholic Central Shamrocks (Novi, MI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Port Huron Northern will attempt to better on its 4-17 season record. The Shamrocks go into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL).
