Michigan High School Basketball - Boyne City trounces Gaylord
February 1, 2022: Gaylord, MI 49735 The Boyne City Ramblers (Boyne City, MI) basketball crushed the host Gaylord Blue Devils (Gaylord, MI), 72-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Ramblers (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI). The Elks go into the Lake Michigan test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Elk Rapids was trounced by Grayling (Grayling, MI), 75-68, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Petoskey for a Big North test on Friday, February 4. Gaylord will encounter a Northmen squad coming off a 53-37 league win over Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI). The Northmen record now stands at 6-7.
