Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mount Union overwhelms Glendale
February 1, 2022: Flinton, PA 16640 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA) and the host Glendale Vikings (Flinton, PA), saw Mount Union's basketball squad wallop Glendale by a tally of 68-41.
With the victory, Mount Union improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA) to play the Black Knights/Damsels in a Inter County - North challenge on Friday, February 4. The Black Knights/Damsels come into the challenge with a record of 3-14. Moshannon Valley won 55-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA)
Next up, the Vikings play the Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA) in a Inter County - North challenge, on Wednesday, February 2. Glendale will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 58-55 league win over Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA).
