Oregon High School Basketball - Grant Union overwhelmed by Crane
February 1, 2022: Crane, OR 97732 The Grant Union Prospectors basketball team (John Day, OR), was overwhelmed 50-29 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Crane Mustangs (Crane, OR)
The Mustangs now possess a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nixyaawii Community for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 3. Crane will confront a Eagles team coming off a 64-61 non-league win over McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 8-0.
The Prospectors (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Enterprise (Enterprise, OR). The Outlaws come into the 2A Blue Mountain battle with a 11-9 record. In their last battle, Enterprise trounced Heppner (Heppner, OR), 57-33, in a league battle.
