Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Torrington Raiders (Torrington, CT) and the visiting Crosby Bulldogs (Waterbury, CT), saw Torrington's basketball squad wallop Crosby by a count of 50-16.

With the victory, Torrington upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Watertown (Watertown, CT) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 3. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 8-6.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley - Copper challenge, on Wednesday, February 2. Crosby will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 49-46 league win over Naugatuck (Naugatuck, CT).
