New Jersey High School Basketball - Northern Highlands nudges Eastside
February 1, 2022: Allendale, NJ 07401 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ), by a margin of 34-30.
The Highlanders (5-9) will now prepare for their outing against Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Hackensack held off Waldwick (Waldwick, NJ), 53-41, in a non-league outing.
The Ghosts now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Clifton for a Big North - Liberty outing on Thursday, February 3. Eastside will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 40-13 non-league loss to Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-17.
