The Montgomery Vikings basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Rancho Cotate Cougars to 51 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cardinal Newman for a North Bay - Oak contest on Thursday, February 3. Montgomery will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 73-26 league win over Windsor (Windsor, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 19-4.
