Illinois High School Basketball - DePaul College Prep nips Chicago Mt. Carmel
February 1, 2022: Chicago, IL 60637 DePaul College Prep Rams (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan (Chicago, IL), 73-70 in a league bout.
With the win, DePaul College Prep upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Leo (Chicago, IL) to play the Lions in a bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-10.
Next up, the Caravan play the St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) in a bout, on Friday, February 4. Chicago Mt. Carmel will attempt to upgrade on its 19-5 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 51-37 non-league win over Mather (Chicago, IL).
