Idaho High School Basketball - Castleford thwarts Murtaugh
February 1, 2023: Murtaugh, ID 83344 The Castleford Wolves (Castleford, ID) basketball knocked off the host Murtaugh Red Devils (Murtaugh, ID), 69-50 in Wednesday's league test.
The Wolves (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Dietrich (Dietrich, ID). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Dietrich went down by Valley (Hazelton, ID), 81-46, in a non-league test.
The Red Devils now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hansen for a non-league test on Friday, February 3. Murtaugh will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 59-58 league win over Raft River (Malta, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 4-13.
