Missouri High School Basketball - Southern Boone knocked off by Fort Zumwalt South
February 1, 2023: Ashland, MO 65010 The Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Southern Boone Eagles to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Battle for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Fort Zumwalt South will battle a Spartans team coming off a 64-52 non-league win over Parkview (Springfield, MO). The Spartans record now stands at 5-3.
The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Osage (Kaiser, MO). The Indians enter the Tri-County - Southwest contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Osage was defeated by Versailles (Versailles, MO), 83-77, in a league contest.
