Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Fraser Ramblers (Fraser, MI) and the host Lake Shore Shorians (St. Clair Shores, MI), saw Fraser's basketball squad hold off Lake Shore by a tally of 39-37.

With the victory, Fraser improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Ramblers travel to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI) to confront the Tars in a Macomb Area - Blue challenge on Friday, February 3. The Tars come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Anchor Bay won 58-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI)

Next up, the Shorians confront the Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI) in a Macomb Area - Blue challenge, on Friday, February 3. Lake Shore will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 62-49 league loss to Cousino (Warren, MI).
