New Jersey High School Basketball - Wood-Ridge crushes Wallington
February 1, 2023: Wood-Ridge, NJ 07075 Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wallington Panthers (Wallington, NJ), 71-31 in a league bout.
With the victory, Wood-Ridge upgrades its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to New Milford (New Milford, NJ) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-10. New Milford won 64-61 in their recent non-league bout against Bogota (Bogota, NJ)
Next up, the Panthers play the Palisades Park Tigers (Palisades Park, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Wallington will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 57-37 non-league loss to Ridgefield Memorial (Ridgefield, NJ).
