Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders (Pennsauken, NJ), 71-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mainland Regional upgrades its record to 17-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 16-4.

The Crusaders (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against King's Christian (Cherry Hill, NJ). The come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, King's Christian trounced Atlantic Christian (Egg Harbor Township, NJ), 70-58, in a league battle.
