Missouri High School Basketball - Bloomfield nudges Clearwater
February 1, 2024: Bloomfield, MO 63825 Bloomfield Wildcats (Bloomfield, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Clearwater Fightin' Tigers (Piedmont, MO), 61-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bloomfield upgrades its record to 9-11 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Puxico (Puxico, MO) to clash with the Indians in a Stoddard County bout on Friday, February 2. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Puxico won 78-39 in their recent non-league bout against Twin Rivers (Broseley, MO)
Next up, the Fightin' Tigers clash with the East Carter Redbirds (Ellsinore, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Clearwater will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Redbirds go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Winona (Winona, MO).
