Oklahoma High School Basketball - Caney nips Coleman
February 1, 2024: Caney, OK 74533 Caney Cougars (Caney, OK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Coleman Wildcats (Coleman, OK), 48-45 in a league bout.
With the win, Caney upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Cougars travel to Rock Creek (Bokchito, OK) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 17-6. Rock Creek lost 47-45 in their recent non-league bout against Moyers (Moyers, OK)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Achille Golden Eagles (Achille, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Coleman will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 11-9 record after their 60-31 non-league win over Milburn (Milburn, OK).
