Iowa High School Basketball - Lennox knocked off by Western Christian
February 1, 2024: Hull, IA 51239 The Western Christian Wolfpack basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Lennox Orioles to 49 in the Wolfpack non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolfpack now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux City East for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Western Christian will meet a Black Raiders team coming off a 86-59 league win over Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Black Raiders record now stands at 17-2.
The Orioles (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Viborg/Hurley ran past Freeman Academy/Marion (Freeman, SD), 75-33, in a league contest.
