The Maywood/Hayes Center Wolves basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Hershey Panthers to 50 in the Wolves non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wolves now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hitchcock County for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Maywood/Hayes Center will battle a Falcons team coming off a 39-34 non-league loss to Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Falcons record now stands at 7-11.

The Panthers (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 17-1 record.
