Ohio High School Basketball - Africentric Early College sneaks past Lincoln
February 1, 2025: Columbus, OH 43209 The Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH) basketball edged the visiting Lincoln Lions (Gahanna, OH), 46-45 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Nubians now possess a 18-1 record. They play next when they travel to West for a Columbus City - South bout on Tuesday, February 4. Africentric Early College will play a Cowboys team coming off a 51-47 league loss to Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH). The Cowboys record now stands at 9-9.
With the loss, Lincoln falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Lions host Westerville Central (Westerville, OH) to play the Warhawks in a Ohio Capital - Ohio bout on Friday, February 7. The Warhawks go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Westerville Central won 52-47 in their recent non-league bout against St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH)
