With the victory, Byron advances its record to 16-2 on the year. The Bears host Lake City (Lake City, MN) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 12-6. Lake City lost 75-36 in their recent non-league test against Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis, MN)
The Trojans (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Waconia (Waconia, MN). The Wildcats come into the AAAA Section 2 test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Waconia beat Chaska (Chaska, MN), 90-78, in a league test.
