Missouri High School Basketball - Central victorious over Jefferson City
February 1, 2025: Cape Girardeau, MO 63703 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Central Tigers basketball team scored a good 44-34 triumph over the Jefferson City Jays.
The Tigers (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO). The Cadets go into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Christian Brothers was topped by Chaminade (St. Louis, MO), 85-48, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Jays battle the Rock Bridge Bruins (Columbia, MO) in a Central Missouri contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Jefferson City will attempt to better on its 13-2 season record. The Bruins go into the contest with a 9-5 record after their 67-56 non-league win over Parkway North (St. Louis, MO).
