Montana High School Basketball - Colstrip toppled by Joliet
February 1, 2025: Joliet, MT 59041 Joliet J Hawks (Joliet, MT) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Colstrip Colts (Colstrip, MT), 44-33 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Joliet advances its record to 7-4 on the year. The J Hawks host Red Lodge (Red Lodge, MT) to face the Rams in a B District 4 match on Friday, February 7. The Rams enter the match with a record of 4-2.
The Colts now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lame Deer for a B District 3 match on Wednesday, February 5. Colstrip will face a Morning Stars squad coming off a 69-66 league win over St. Labre Indian Catholic (Ashland, MT). The Morning Stars record now stands at 10-5.
