Washington High School Basketball - Eisenhower can't hold off Moses Lake
February 1, 2025: Yakima, WA 98908 Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Eisenhower Cadets (Yakima, WA), 77-75 in a league match.
With the victory, Moses Lake advances its record to 10-8 on the year. The Mavericks travel to Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA) to face the Wildcats in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 match on Friday, February 7. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 4-13. Eastmont lost 73-47 in their recent league match against Davis (Yakima, WA)
The Cadets now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wenatchee for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 match on Friday, February 7. Eisenhower will face a Panthers squad coming off a 75-49 league loss to Sunnyside (Sunnyside, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-14.
