February 1, 2025: Glennallen, AK 99588 Houston Hawks (Big Lake, AK) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball team overwhelm the host Glennallen Panthers (Glennallen, AK), 55-19 in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Nome-Beltz (Nome, AK). The Nanooks come into the non-league challenge with a 14-0 record. In their last challenge, Nome-Beltz trounced Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK), 106-58, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Tok Wolverines (Tok, AK) in a 2A Interior challenge, on Tuesday, February 25. Glennallen will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record.
